Our mission is to turn early-stage start-up ideas into reality through student led consulting while giving students the opportunity to create real impact and gain hands-on experience.

For Students

In the Consulting Track, you will work in interdisciplinary teams on real projects, tackling the strategic and operational challenges faced by start-ups across various industries. You’ll develop solutions that help start-ups grow, raise capital, and strengthen their position in Munich’s start-up ecosystem.

Your experience with us:

Work in project teams (3–5 people)
Deliver strategic recommendations, analytical reports, market analyses, and guide start-ups through the implementation of these insights

Application

Submit a short online application: 2 questions + CV
Chosen candidates are invited to interviews

Onboarding

One full day in mid-May to set you up
IT onboarding to our internal tools and platforms
Workshops on market research, slide design, Excel, and presenting, led by our mentors from top consulting firms and VCs
Networking evening with mentors and partner firms

Project Work

First client call the week after onboarding
A live client project running from mid-May to mid-July
Real ownership from day one to sharpen your leadership

Events

Regular mentor workshops and recruiting events with our partners
Midterm presentation in mid-June to track project progress
Final presentation in mid-July, live in front of your client

axion is a Munich-based, student-driven consulting club where students from Germany’s top universities tackle real start-up challenges. We provide tailored support in strategy and operational consulting, focusing on areas such as market entry, organizational development, financial management, and fundraising preparation. Our interdisciplinary teams of students leverage diverse academic backgrounds to deliver actionable solutions for client start-ups. Beyond consulting, we serve as a bridge to Europe’s venture capital ecosystem. We prepare start-ups for fundraising and connect them with leading VCs, business angels, and innovation networks.
