## About

axion is a student consulting initiative based in Munich, Germany. We connect motivated students from all academic backgrounds with real start-up challenges. Our interdisciplinary project teams provide tailored support in strategy and operational consulting, focusing on market entry, organizational development, financial management, and fundraising preparation. Beyond consulting, we serve as a bridge to Europe's venture capital ecosystem, preparing start-ups for fundraising and connecting them with leading VCs, business angels, and innovation networks.

## For Students

- Gain hands-on consulting experience working directly with real start-ups
- Open to students from all German universities and study backgrounds
- Work in project teams of 3–5 people on real early-stage start-up challenges
- Time commitment: up to 10 hours per week
- All communication is in English; no German required
- No prior consulting experience needed

## For Start-Ups

- Tailored strategic and operational consulting for early-stage start-ups
- Focus areas: market analysis, go-to-market design, pricing, fundraising strategy, operational transformation, investor pitch preparation
- Project fee well below €1,000
- Weekly check-ins requiring 1–2 hours of founder time
- Connection to Munich's entrepreneurial ecosystem, mentors, and early-stage investors
